The Agency for Telecommunications in Côte d’Ivoire (ATCI) in partnership with the Initiative for Internet governance in Cote d ’Ivoire (IGICI) held in Abidjan, the first edition of the forum on the Internet governance in Côte d’Ivoire. This forum chaired by the Minister of ICT, Mr OGOUABI, took place on 7, 8 and 9 July 2010.
During this workshop, ERNWACA Côte d’Ivoire, represented by N’DEDE Florence , a researcher of the PanAf project ( www.panaf-edu.org ), presented a paper on the theme: "ICT in Ivorian School and University " based on the data from the observatory on ICTs in education: www.observatoiretic.org . The presence of ERNWACA in this workshop has helped to promote the visibility of the PanAf project and made participants aware of the need for an institutional framework for the integration of ICT in teaching and learning.
